Hi, does someone have the eSupport Folder for the GL553VD ROG laptop model?
The fan is behaving abnormally and I want to try properly installing everything that is needed for it to function normally again.
By "behaving abnormally", I mean that it sometimes is not functioning at all, sometimes it is running at maximum speed (RPM) and sometimes you can hear it spin on boot a bit and then it becomes more and more silent. I don't know what to do, can someone help me troubleshoot this? Does anyone have the eSupport Folder? Am I missing something necessary installed for the fan to just work?
